Anybody dissapointed with Madworld?
I mean compared to Bayonetta(import) I was very dissapointed. That game makes Madworld look like sh*t in comparison. I mean I know all of their resources went to Bayonetta but they atleast could have tried. I hated the repetitive nature of the game, the lack of extra content minus the swords, the limited moveset, no multiplayer except a stupid minigame side mode. Ughh, I would have rather them made a God Hand sequel or spiritual sucessor.

That's not a fair comparison, they're completely different games (in a sense).
Disappointment in sales? Now that's a whole nother story.

The only thing im dissapointed with in Mad World is that it only took me 3h to complete it and i didnt want to play another round time, cuz there was nothing that made me to play it again.

Well, it's not fair to compare Bayonetta and Madworld. But, yeah, I was dissapointed in Madworld, simply because the gameplay didn't offer much depth. You just went around doing the same thing over and over. The game had great style and music, but wasn't that fun to play after the first hour or so. The best part of the game was the last boss battle; the music, the atmosphere, and the action were great.

Well, Isn't bayonetta not made for the wii?....In other words, is it on a stronger console that can handle more data?...
Madworld is pretty repetitive, especially if you keep using the chainsaw. You have to get creative with madworld, or you won't enjoy it as much. I don't know what YOU do on madworld, but i definitely get a bit creative. Not like some people i see who play the game with the intention of sawing everything to death.
And again, Madworld seems like a beta game to me. It's to test how well a somewhat hardcore game can do on the wii. It's not a full game, just an attempt to pull off a bloodbath game.
And I haven't played Bayonetta, but it looks like a button masher, from what I've seen. And anyone can button mash. Even my butt, can button mash.

I thought MadWorld was a well-made game, but it wasn't as engaging as I hoped it'd be. Still, I was impressed with the amount of ways to torture and destroy your enemies. If only it were longer...

I may have been the only one who was rather pleased with the length of Mad World. I know when you are younger you have literally weeks to spend how you please, but now that I am older: it is nice to enjoy gaming without a serious time commitment; I managed to finish Mad World in a few sessions.
The game was stunning and one that I could not really find fault with, save the rather sloppy combat - which is ultimately the game's linchpin. If they had implemented an engine similar to God Hand in order to make the combat more enjoyable: I think this would have been hailed as an unquestionable masterpiece.

So... Are you going to compare GodHand to MadWorld too, geist078? Because you're comparing apples to rocket launchers, mang.
